All of my support packages are completely tailored to you, your little one and your parenting goals. I offer a free 15 minute discovery call which helps me advise the best start on your path to better sleep.
If you are feeling stuck with your little ones naps, this guide is the perfect choice for you. It’ll help support you through areas such as:
• Understanding your little ones sleep cycles
• Optimising your little ones sleeping environment
• The importance of a pre sleep routine
• Age appropriate sleep needs
• The role of awake windows and sleep cues
• Knowing how many naps to offer and when for their age
• Managing nap transitions
• The signs it’s time to drop a nap
• The Sleep Clinics are great if you are after a ‘pay as you go’ option to chat about your little ones sleep.
• You’ll start to understand the why’s to the what i.e. why is my baby waking up at 2am and not going back to sleep.
• You’ll get advice on making some positive changes to either night time, day time or both.
• The 30 min sessions are £25.
• The 60 min sessions are £45.
• You’ll also get your hands on some age-appropriate handouts to get you going!
• These sessions are mostly held virtually over facetime, whatsapp video or over the phone, however ‘pop up’ clinics are held around Essex.

Gift of Sleep© vouchers are a great option if you are looking to gift some sleepy dust to a friend. The voucher entitles you (or a friend) to a 1-2-1 support call with me to redeem within the first year of motherhood.
So whether that be night time wakings, short day time naps or something else entirely, we can chat it all through together and look at positive ways to move forward.
WhatsApp support is a great option if you are looking for additional weeks to your sleep package. It’s also the perfect choice to support you to implement the tips in our guides.
This is a great choice if you are experiencing smaller sleep challenges, and would like support whilst you get things back on track.
It includes:
• Full sleep analysis and history review prior to our initial meeting
• 60-minute virtual meeting to discuss sleep challenges and solutions
• Daily Whatsapp support and feedback
• 2 calls for additional support
• The Gift of Sleep ‘All about Sleep Schedules’ guide
• The Baby Connect app is required and can be purchased on iTunes or Google Play store. Further instructions will be provided.
• Please note that this package isn’t ideal for all sleep challenges and the 3 week full support package may be the best choice to improve sleep.
This is my most popular 1:1 support package and is the best choice if you are experiencing multiple sleep challenges or you require a slower approach. It’s also perfect if you feel like you need someone by your side to listen, encourage and help you stay on track during the process.
It includes:
• Full sleep analysis and history review prior to our initial meeting
• 60-90-minute virtual meeting to discuss sleep challenges and solutions
• Personalised sleep report plan
• 3 x 30-minute phone calls in the 3 weeks following the initial meeting
• Daily Whatsapp support and feedback
• The Gift of Sleep ‘All about Sleep Schedules’ guide
• The Gift of Sleep ‘All about Naps’ guide
• Additional support options are available for extension or ongoing support.
