• Full sleep analysis and history review prior to our initial meeting
• 60-90-minute virtual meeting to discuss sleep challenges and solutions
• Personalised sleep report plan
• Age-appropriate schedules and other useful handouts
• 4 x 20-minute phone calls in the 3 weeks following the initial meeting
• 4 weeks of daily (Mon-Fri) support and feedback
• Additional support options are available for extension or ongoing support.
